August: Inviting the Spirit of Adventure into Your Life

Inviting the Spirit of Adventure into Your Life

Embracing the spirit of adventure allows you to step outside your comfort zone, fostering personal growth, resilience, and a more prosperous life experience. Often, our routines become comfortable yet limiting, preventing us from exploring new horizons and discovering our true potential. By inviting adventure into your daily life, you enhance your confidence and adaptability and create memorable experiences that contribute to your personal narrative.

Three Steps to Invite the Spirit of Adventure into Your Life

  1. Embrace Curiosity: Start by cultivating a mindset of curiosity. Challenge yourself to learn something new every day, whether it's a skill, a hobby, or a piece of knowledge. This could be as simple as trying a new recipe, taking a different route to work, or conversing with someone from a different background. By actively seeking new experiences, you open yourself to a world of opportunities and adventures.

  2. Set Adventure Goals: Create a list of goals that push you beyond your usual boundaries. These goals don't have to be grandiose; they can be small, achievable steps that gradually build your confidence and comfort with the unfamiliar. Examples include planning a weekend getaway to a place you've never visited, signing up for a class that interests you, or participating in a challenging physical activity. A tangible list keeps you motivated and provides a sense of accomplishment as you tick off each adventure.

  3. Practice Spontaneity: Allow yourself to be more spontaneous in your daily life. While planning has its merits, leaving room for unplanned moments can lead to unexpected joys and discoveries. Say yes to last-minute invitations, explore your city without a fixed itinerary, or spend a day without relying on your usual routines. Embracing spontaneity helps you become more adaptable and open to new experiences.

Three Affirmations to Support the Spirit of Adventure

  1. "I am open to new experiences and confidently embrace the unknown." This affirmation encourages a positive attitude towards uncertainty, helping you to view new experiences as opportunities for growth rather than threats.

  2. "Every day is a new adventure, and I am excited to discover what it holds." By affirming this, you set a daily intention to approach life with enthusiasm and curiosity, making each day a potential journey of discovery.

  3. "I trust my ability to navigate challenges and learn from every adventure." This affirmation reinforces self-trust and resilience, reminding you that every successful or challenging adventure contributes valuable lessons to your personal growth.

Inviting the spirit of adventure into your life is a transformative practice that enriches your existence. By embracing curiosity, setting adventure goals, and practicing spontaneity, you can step outside your comfort zone and experience the world in vibrant, unexpected ways. Remember to support this journey with affirmations that inspire confidence and enthusiasm, and watch as your life becomes a tapestry of exciting and enriching experiences.

July: Cultivating Inner Peace

Affirmations:

  1. I am open to inner peace and embrace mindfulness in my daily routine.

  2. I find joy in the present moment and practice gratitude daily.

  3. I nurture my body and mind through mindful physical activities.

In today's fast-paced world, finding a sense of inner peace can often seem like an elusive goal. However, opening yourself up to peace is not only attainable but also essential for your overall well-being. Inner peace fosters mental clarity, emotional stability, and a deeper connection with oneself and others. Here are three practices to help you induce inner peace in your life.

First, consider incorporating mindfulness meditation into your daily routine. Mindfulness involves paying full attention to the present moment without judgment. This practice can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to observe them without getting caught up in them. Start with just five to ten minutes a day, focusing on your breath and gently bringing your attention back whenever it wanders. Over time, this simple practice can reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and create a profound sense of calm.

Another effective way to cultivate inner peace is through gratitude journaling. Taking a few moments each day to write down things you are grateful for can shift your focus from what is lacking in your life to what is abundant. This shift in perspective can help you appreciate the present moment and reduce feelings of anxiety and dissatisfaction. Whether it's the warmth of the sun, a kind gesture from a friend, or a simple cup of coffee, acknowledging the small joys in life can significantly enhance your overall sense of contentment and peace.

Lastly, engaging in physical activities such as yoga or tai chi can be incredibly beneficial for both your body and mind. These practices emphasize the connection between movement and breath, promoting relaxation and reducing tension. The deliberate, mindful movements help release physical stress and create a meditative state, allowing you to let go of worries and focus on the present. Regular practice can improve your physical health, increase flexibility, and foster a more peaceful and centered state of mind.

By integrating mindfulness meditation, gratitude journaling, and mindful physical activities into your daily life, you can open yourself up to a deeper sense of inner peace. These practices are not quick fixes but rather ongoing journeys toward a more harmonious and fulfilling existence. Embrace them with patience and consistency, and you'll find that inner peace is not a distant dream but a reachable reality.

May: Self-Worth

I am Enough: No matter what challenges I face or what others may think, I am inherently valuable and worthy of love and respect. My unique qualities and abilities make me special, and I embrace who I am with confidence and self-acceptance.

I Deserve Happiness and Success: I am deserving of all the good things that life has to offer. I work hard, and my efforts are worthy of recognition and reward. I allow myself to celebrate my achievements and take pride in my progress, knowing that I am capable of reaching my goals.

I Respect and Honor My Boundaries: My needs and feelings are important, and I have the right to set boundaries that protect my well-being. I listen to my inner voice and prioritize my mental, emotional, and physical health. By honoring my boundaries, I show respect for myself and foster healthier relationships with those around me.

Self-Worth

In a world where external validation and constant comparison often dictate our sense of self-worth, it's pivotal to remember, "I am enough." No matter what challenges I face or what others may think, I am inherently valuable and worthy of love and respect. My unique qualities and abilities make me special, and I embrace who I am with confidence and self-acceptance. This mantra serves as a powerful reminder that my worth isn't contingent on external circumstances or opinions but is an intrinsic part of who I am.

In addition to recognizing my inherent worth, it's essential to believe that "I deserve happiness and success." The good things in life are not reserved for a select few but are within reach for everyone who works towards them. I work hard, and my efforts are worthy of recognition and reward. By allowing myself to celebrate my achievements and take pride in my progress, I acknowledge that I am capable of reaching my goals. This positive reinforcement fuels my motivation and propels me forward on my journey towards personal and professional fulfillment.

A crucial aspect of maintaining a healthy sense of self-worth is understanding that "I respect and honor my boundaries." My needs and feelings are important, and I have the right to set boundaries that protect my well-being. Listening to my inner voice and prioritizing my mental, emotional, and physical health is not an act of selfishness but one of self-respect. By honoring my boundaries, I show respect for myself and foster healthier relationships with those around me. This practice ensures that I am not overextending myself and that I am maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.

In conclusion, reinforcing these affirmations—"I am enough," "I deserve happiness and success," and "I respect and honor my boundaries"—cultivates a robust foundation of self-worth. Embracing who I am with confidence, celebrating my achievements, and respecting my needs are key components of a fulfilling and balanced life. By adopting these principles, I not only enhance my own well-being but also set a positive example for others, encouraging them to recognize and honor their intrinsic value. Remember, self-worth is not a destination but a continuous journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance.

April: Importance of Self-Love

I am worthy of love and respect, just as I am. I embrace my unique qualities and celebrate the person I am becoming every day.

I choose to forgive myself for past mistakes and acknowledge that they are opportunities for growth. I am proud of my journey and the progress I have made.

I honor my needs and prioritize my well-being. I deserve to take time for self-care and to nourish my mind, body, and spirit.

Importance of Self-Love

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to forget the importance of self-love. We often find ourselves caught up in the expectations of others, striving for perfection and critiquing our every move. But it's crucial to remember that "I am worthy of love and respect, just as I am. I embrace my unique qualities and celebrate the person I am becoming daily." This affirmation is a powerful reminder that our inherent value does not hinge on our achievements or the opinions of others. Acknowledging our worth lays a strong foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Self-love also involves extending compassion to ourselves, especially when we falter. Mistakes are an inevitable part of life and often come with a heavy load of guilt and self-criticism. However, adopting a mindset of forgiveness can transform these moments of regret into opportunities for growth. "I forgive myself for past mistakes and acknowledge that they are growth opportunities. I am proud of my journey and the progress I have made." This perspective allows us to view our missteps not as failures but as valuable lessons that contribute to our personal development. We can move forward with a sense of pride and resilience by embracing this approach.

Another critical aspect of self-love is recognizing and prioritizing our needs. In a world that often glorifies selflessness and sacrifice, it can feel selfish to put ourselves first. Nevertheless, "I honor my needs and prioritize my well-being. I deserve to take self-care time and nourish my mind, body, and spirit." This affirmation emphasizes the importance of self-care as a necessary component of a balanced and happy life. Whether it's setting boundaries, indulging in a hobby, or simply relaxing, honoring our needs helps us maintain our mental, physical, and emotional health.

Ultimately, self-love is an ongoing journey rather than a destination. It requires patience, practice, and a commitment to nurturing ourselves daily. We create a positive and nurturing relationship with ourselves by consistently affirming our worth, forgiving our past mistakes, and prioritizing our well-being. This relationship enhances our quality of life and empowers us to be more compassionate and loving towards others. As we continue to grow and evolve, let us remember that self-love is not a luxury but a necessity that deserves our attention and care every day.

March 2024: There are three main ingredients needed to work with energy: Breath, Intention and Awareness.

Affirmations

I am a boundless reservoir of energy, seamlessly connected to the infinite flow of the universe.

  • This affirmation acknowledges our intrinsic ability to generate and tap into the universal energy surrounding us. By recognizing ourselves as integral parts of this vast, energetic network, we cultivate a mindset that empowers us to harness and manipulate energy with intention and purpose.

With each breath, I invite rejuvenating energy into my body and release what no longer serves me.

  • Breath is our most direct and tangible connection to the universal energy flow. This affirmation emphasizes the power of breath as a tool for the conscious intake of nourishing energy and the release of stagnant or negative energies, facilitating a dynamic exchange that keeps our energy field vibrant and healthy.

My chakras are vibrant vortexes of energy, perfectly aligned to receive and transmit the universe's boundless gifts.

  • This affirmation brings attention to the chakras as vital gateways for energy movement. It underscores the significance of keeping these energy centers open and aligned, ensuring an optimal flow of energy throughout the body and enhancing our ability to interact with the energies of our environment.

Everything is energy and we are looking here for a direct experience of energy. We want to learn to feel energy and move it at will, in the body and in the field around.

Working with energy is a process of opening and allowing the energy to flow freely inside our body. It is also a process of connecting to different kind of energies in the environment.

Energy is simple:

  • We breathe energy IN and we breathe energy OUT. We receive it and we give it. We let it in and we release it.

  • Energy is received and transmitted through the CHAKRAS, vortexes of energy positioned along the central channel of the body.

  • Energy runs UPWARDS and DOWNWARDS in our body. The upward current is ascending energy coming from the Earth, the downward current is descending energy from the Soul into the body.

  • Energy moves in the body and in the environment also in other flow patterns, like different vortexes and spinning or rotational movements, which we will explore further on in the course.

  • We are channels of light, with energy flowing up and down the body, like electrical current running through a battery. We also absorb energy from the quantum field through the 7 chakras, positioned along the spine.

The questions is: how do we practically work with energy? How do we activate energy in the body? How do we release blocked energy?

There are three main ingredients needed to work with energy: Breath, Intention and Awareness.

BREATH moves the energy in and out. Breath allows the reception and the release of energy. Breath brings us into a state of presence and awareness.

INTENTION directs the energy. The principle is: ‘Energy goes where the attention goes’. With focused intention we co-create in alignment with the universe. Intention is about having the end result in mind as well as keeping focused in the present moment, on every step of the process.

AWARENESS is about becoming conscious of our inner energy field (sensations, emotions and thoughts), and of the extended field around.

Meditation on Energy

Begin by finding a comfortable, quiet space to sit or lie undisturbed. Close your eyes and take a few deep, cleansing breaths. With each inhale, visualize vibrant, healing energy entering your body through the crown of your head, flowing down to fill every cell with light and vitality. With each exhale, imagine releasing any tension, negativity, or blockages, letting them flow out of you and dissipate into the earth.

Now, bring your attention to your chakras, starting at the base of your spine and moving upwards to the crown of your head. Visualize each chakra as a spinning wheel of light, glowing brightly and spinning freely, perfectly aligned along your central channel. Feel the energy moving effortlessly up and down this channel, a continuous exchange between the earth beneath you and the cosmos above.

As you dwell in this state of energetic harmony, set an intention for your practice. It could be to heal a specific aspect of your life, enhance your intuition, or increase your overall energy levels. Holding this intention in your heart, imagine it as a seed planted in the fertile ground of your energetic field, ready to grow and flourish with the nourishment of your attention and breath.

  • Conclude your meditation by gradually returning your awareness to your physical surroundings, carrying the sense of calm, balance, and vitality you've cultivated. Remember that this energy is always accessible to you, a boundless resource to tap into whenever needed.

Self-reflection is an important practice that can help us to remember, be grateful for, and renew our lives. There are many ways to reflect on our experiences and the world around us, and below are some practices that can help us to achieve these goals.

For Remembrance, it can be helpful to take some time to reflect on past experiences, both positive and negative. This can help us to remember important lessons that we have learned, and to appreciate the people and experiences that have shaped us into who we are today. One way to do this is by journaling, where we can write down our thoughts and feelings about our past experiences, and reflect on how they have influenced us. Another way is by creating a memory box, where we can collect items that remind us of important events or people in our lives.

For Gratitude, it can be helpful to focus on the things that we are thankful for in our lives. This can help us to feel more positive and happy, and to appreciate the blessings that we have. One way to do this is by practicing gratitude journaling, where we write down three things that we are grateful for each day. Another way is by creating a gratitude jar, where we write down things that we are thankful for on slips of paper, and add them to the jar.

For Renewal, it can be helpful to take some time to reflect on our goals and aspirations, and to think about how we can move forward in our lives. This can help us to feel more motivated and energized, and to make positive changes in our lives. One way to do this is by creating a vision board, where we can visualize our goals and dreams, and create a plan to achieve them. Another way is by taking a personal retreat, where we can disconnect from the world and focus on our inner selves.

Art project that connects with Remembrance, Gratitude, and Renewal.

One art project that could connect with Remembrance, Gratitude, or Renewal is creating a mixed media memorial collage. To begin, gather materials such as old photographs, magazine clippings, maps, and other ephemera that hold significance to the theme. Consider adding text, such as quotes or poetry, to further convey the emotions of Remembrance, Gratitude, or Renewal. Use paint, ink, or other mediums to tie the collage together and add depth.

For example, if creating a Remembrance collage, focus on images and text that honor loved ones who have passed away. For a Gratitude collage, highlight people, places, and things that you are thankful for in your life. For a Renewal collage, choose images and words that represent growth, change, and new beginnings.

This art project can serve as a meaningful way to reflect on important themes and emotions while also creating a beautiful and unique piece of art.

I am open to new opportunities and experiences that come with embracing change.

What does the energy of October bring to our lives? What should we reflect on, and what practices can we engage in during this time of year?

October is a month of transformation and change. As the leaves turn brilliant colors and fall to the ground, we are reminded that change is a natural part of life. The energy of this month encourages us to embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us.

During this time, we must reflect on our lives and identify areas where we can make positive changes. We may want to focus on personal growth, self-care, or relationships. It's also an excellent time to let go of any negative emotions or limiting beliefs holding us back.

One practice that can help us connect with ourselves during this time of year is meditation. By taking a few minutes each day to sit in silence and focus on our breath, we can calm our minds and gain clarity on what we want to achieve.

Another practice that can be particularly meaningful during October is journaling. Writing down our thoughts and feelings can help us process emotions, gain insight into ourselves, and set intentions for the future.

Overall, the energy of October offers us an opportunity to embrace change and growth and to connect with ourselves on a deeper level. We can move forward with greater clarity and purpose by engaging in practices that help us reflect and let go of what no longer serves us.

What creative activity would help us embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us in October?

October is a month of transition and change, as the leaves change color and fall from the trees, and the weather shifts from warm to cool. It's the perfect time to embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us. One creative activity that can help with this process is creating a "letting go" jar.

To start:

  • Gather a jar or container and some small pieces of paper.

  • On each piece of paper, write down something you want to let go of - it could be a negative thought or behavior, a limiting belief, a fear, or anything else holding you back.

  • Once you have several pieces of paper, fold them and place them in the jar.

  • Next, add some decorative elements to the jar if you wish - you could paint it, add stickers or ribbon, or anything else that inspires you. Then, place the jar in a prominent location where you can see it often.

Every day, take a moment to reflect on what you want to let go of and choose a piece of paper from the jar. Read it out loud, and then release it - you could tear it up, burn it, or throw it away. As you do this, visualize yourself releasing the negative energy associated with that thought or belief and making space for positive change in your life.

This activity can be a powerful way to embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us. It's a tangible reminder of our intentions and a daily practice of releasing negativity and making space for growth.

September: Part One

I embrace change and trust the journey it takes me on.

I release what no longer serves me and make space for new opportunities.

I am ready and prepared for whatever the future holds.

How seasons change is similar to personal differences in life experiences.

The change of seasons and personal changes in life experiences share a lot. Just as the seasons change from winter to spring, summer, Fall, and back to winter again, our personal experiences also go through different stages.

Fall represents a time of change, letting go, and preparation for the next season, as winter means a time of quiet and hibernation, where we may feel introspective and reflective. Spring is a time of new beginnings, growth, and renewal, just as we may experience new opportunities or relationships in our personal lives, as summer is a time of abundance and joy.

Similarly, our personal experiences can be full of ups and downs, joys and challenges, but each season serves a purpose in our growth and development. We may experience times of rest and reflection, new beginnings and growth, abundance, and joy, but also challenges and letting go of things that no longer serve us.

Just as the seasons are cyclical, our personal experiences are also a continuous cycle of growth and change. It's important to embrace each season of life and trust that it serves a purpose in our journey. By understanding the similarities between the change of seasons and our personal experiences, we can learn to navigate life's challenges with more grace and resilience.

Below are tools that someone may find helpful when entering the season of the Fall, which represents a time of personal change, letting go, and preparation

As Fall approaches, it represents a time of personal change, letting go, and preparation. This is an excellent time of year to take stock of your life and assess what changes you want to make. Here are some skills and tools that you may find helpful during this time:

  • Goal setting: Set clear, achievable goals for the upcoming season. Please make sure they are specific, measurable, and realistic. Write them down and keep them visible to stay focused and motivated.

  • Time management: Fall can be busy, so managing your time effectively is essential. Prioritize your tasks and make a schedule to ensure you are making progress toward your goals.

  • Reflection: Take some time to reflect on the past year and what you have learned. This will help you identify areas for personal growth and development.

  • Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness techniques such as meditation or deep breathing to help you stay grounded and focused during times of stress.

  • Gratitude: Cultivate a sense of gratitude by focusing on the things you are thankful for in your life. This will help you maintain a positive outlook and reduce stress.

Remember, change can be difficult, but by utilizing these skills and tools, you can make the most out of Fall and prepare yourself for the future.

August: Part One

I'm grateful for the abundance of prosperity, joy, and love.

I'm a creator. I'm open to receiving all opportunities that are mine.

I will share my gifts with others and enhance the world through connection and authenticity.

Happy August! Leo Season!

Keep your eye open for the two full moons in August: the 1st and August 30th!

It's essential to take some time this month to reflect on your foundation. What beliefs, experiences, and thoughts are shaping your identity and worldview? Understanding your foundation can be a helpful tool for personal growth and development.

Your foundation comprises your values, beliefs, and experiences that shape your identity and worldview. Knowing your foundation can provide several benefits, including greater clarity on your goals and aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses. This clarity can help you make better decisions and take actions that align with your identity.

In addition, knowing your foundation can increase self-awareness, helping you better understand how you interact with others and navigate the world around you. This awareness can lead to personal growth and development, improved communication, and stronger relationships.

When you have a strong sense of your foundation, you are more resilient in the face of life's challenges. You know what you stand for and what's important to you, which can give you the strength to overcome adversity.

Understanding your foundation can help you live a more fulfilling and authentic life and contribute to your personal growth and development.

Shall we talk about uncovering and enhancing what you already possess or constructing upon it? Let's focus on creativity since art heals and allows new opportunities to come into our being. When you create something new and go through the cycles of the creative process, it can kindle the fire within you if you give it room to grow.

Engaging in creative activities is one way to explore your inner self and discover your hidden talents. Here's a simple daily creative activity that can help you unearth your treasure within:

  1. Take a few minutes each day to do some freewriting.

  2. To begin a creative session, set a timer for 10-15 minutes. Get a notebook and a pen, then start writing whatever comes to mind. Alternatively, you can use watercolors and let the creative energy guide your paintbrush.

  3. Don't worry about grammar, punctuation, or spelling; don't worry about how your picture turns out. Just let your thoughts flow onto the page.

Write or paint about anything that inspires you, whether it's a dream you had, a childhood memory, or a current event that caught your attention. You can also write about your emotions, goals, or fears. Freewriting or free painting aims to get your creative juices flowing and allow your subconscious mind to express itself freely. Doing this exercise regularly may uncover new ideas, insights, and perspectives that will help you discover your treasure within.

Remember, the goal is not to create a masterpiece every time you write or paint but to enjoy the process of self-discovery and creativity. So, give yourself permission to play, experiment, and have fun with your writing. Who knows, you may surprise yourself with what you uncover!

July: Part One My frequency is aligned with my highest good.

I am a creator.

I attract what I feel.

My frequency is aligned with my highest good.

I am aligned with my dreams and passions. What I think of is an indicator that I'm matching that frequency. Therefore, I pay attention to the feelings associated with the thought. If the thought is not one with my highest good, I will ask what I am supposed to learn from the thought, feeling, or action. How can I redirect my energy to match my highest good? What thought serves me, what feeling serves me, and what action serves me? When I align with my highest good, I can contribute to society with love, compassion, and empathy. I aspire to create a safe space for others to be authentic while embracing my authenticity.

There are a variety of practices that can connect someone to their highest self. These may include mindfulness meditation, journaling, spending time in nature, practicing yoga or other forms of exercise, engaging in creative hobbies, surrounding yourself with positive and supportive people, and setting and working towards meaningful goals. It's important to find what works best for you as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to connecting with one's highest self.

Steps to connecting with your passions as a creator.

Connecting with your passions as a creator can be a fulfilling and exciting journey. Here are some steps to help you along the way:

  • Reflect on what inspires you: Take some time to think about what topics, activities, or experiences bring you joy and excitement. This can help you identify your passions as a creator.

  • Experiment with different mediums: Try out different creative outlets such as writing, photography, painting, or music. This can help you find what resonates with you and allows you to express yourself best.

  • Seek out inspiration: Look for inspiration in the world around you. This can come from nature, art, music, or even other creators.

  • Practice regularly: Consistent practice is key to developing your skills and finding your voice as a creator. Make time for your creative pursuits and commit to improving your craft.

  • Share your work: Don't be afraid to share your creations with others. This can help you connect with other creators and receive feedback that can help you grow.

Be Authentic

Being authentic means being true to oneself and expressing one's thoughts, feelings, and actions in a genuine way that aligns with one's own values and beliefs. It involves being honest, transparent, and genuine in all aspects of life, including personal relationships, work, and social interactions. Being authentic requires self-awareness and the willingness to take responsibility for one's actions and decisions. It can lead to greater self-confidence, deeper connections with others, and a more fulfilling life.

June: Part one I AM PRESENT. I AM AWARE.

Hello Beautiful Humans!

I AM PRESENT.

I AM AWARE.

It may seem simple, but being present at the moment and aware of your thoughts, body, emotions, self-talk, and reactions to situations can be both simple and complex. This month, we are focusing on awareness and being present.

Mentally, being aware of your thoughts, beliefs, fears, doubts, and aspirations is essential.

Physically, pay attention to how your body is feeling – do you need more water or more fruits and vegetables? And if you feel any pain, your body may be trying to tell you something.

Emotionally, give yourself time to process your emotions, as unprocessed emotions can affect your life in other ways.

Boundaries: How comfortable are you with setting and respecting your own boundaries? Do you often feel pressured to do things you don't want to do? Do you find it difficult to speak up for yourself in certain situations? Do you sometimes agree to something when you want to say no? Later in the month, I'll elaborate more on this concept, along with authentic communication and authenticity.

You are a mirror: The events in your life are a reflection of your inner self. Are there any areas of conflict in your life? Where do you find joy? How are your relationships? While it may be tempting to blame external factors, sometimes they are not the root cause. Our external circumstances are often a reflection of our internal state.

Remember to take a deep breath and not rush through everything at once. Schedule time to connect with yourself, even if it's just for five minutes a day. Creating reminders to check in with yourself on your phone can also help you stay accountable. Remember to breathe.

SUGGESTION: Daily Reflection, Journal at least once a day to reflect on the topics above.

REMINDER TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGHOUIT THE MONTH AS I POST PRACTICES, VIDEOS, OR OTHER THOUGHTS REGARDING THE MONTHLY AFFIRMATION.

Sending you love, light and blessings!

  • Cat-Cow Stretch

  • Forward Fold

  • Downward Facing Dog

  • Child's Pose

  • Seated Spinal Twist

Remember to listen to your body and only do what feels comfortable for you.

May: Part 2 Frequency for brain and heart coherence

Hello beautiful human!

I've been listening to this frequency at night and I'm finding it beneficial! Click on the link and listen. Maybe this would be a good addition to your morning or evening ritual. Heart and brain coherence, awesome stuff.

The ability to align one's heart and mind can lead to a sense of inner peace and clarity in decision-making. It requires introspection, self-awareness, and a willingness to explore and understand one's emotions and thoughts. By achieving coherence between the heart and mind, you can experience a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Love, light and blessings,

MAY: Part 1 My mind is healed and nourished by the alignment of my heart.

Welcome Beautiful Humans!

Welcome to May! It's essential to nurture the connection between your heart and mind. Be aware of the thoughts you allow into your mind, including what you listen to, watch, read and who you spend time with. Consider if these things align with your personal goals. Ask yourself if they are supportive.

AFFIRMATIONS FOR MAY

  • My mind is healed and nourished by the alignment of my heart.

  • I'm open to receiving the message from my heart.

The moon can be a helpful guide for your dreams and visions. You can ask for her assistance in bringing your dreams closer to reality or in interpreting the symbols that appear in your visions. In several Native American cultures, the May moon represents the time for planting. It's important to be mindful of what you're "planting" in your mind and heart. When you allow yourself to embrace positive and supportive thoughts, your heart becomes more receptive and aligned with what you truly desire.

I look forward to connecting with you later this month and share the meaning of the image! Blessings to you!

April: Check-in Part 4
