Sharing a bit of me.
Transformation/Growth have been my teachers this week. A journey which allows me to let go of the heavy weight crippling my growth... I've grieved, spoken/listened to heartfelt words, released emotions, accepted and found peace in the discomfort. Most importantly learning everything I was 'searching' for comes within. To connect with an energy higher than myself (for me it’s GOD), embracing self-love, self-worth, trust and grasping there's no fear in love.
...So, Today I breathe and welcome the change. I will continue to paint my story & I encourage you to do the same!
