Refund + Return Policy

Our refund policy extends 14 days after your payment has been processed. We offer refunds for damaged or defective products. Please send an email to Nycole@nycfry.com stating why you would like a refund. If the 14-day window has passed, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. 
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns of health and personal care items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Nycole@nycry@gmail.com

Refund processing

We will notify you by email when your returned item has been received, and again to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your credit card company and bank to confirm that the transaction is in progress. If the bank informs you that the transaction has not been processed please contact us at Nycole@nycfry.com

Shipping

If you are returning an item for refund or exchange, we will provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our website is set up on the wordpress platform, and is subject to all wordpress security updates. 
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future. 

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following: Users can visit our site anonymously Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found on the page specified above. 
Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on this page. 

How does our site handle do not track signals?

We do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not specifically market to children under 13.

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information. 
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: We will notify the users via email • Within 1 business day we will notify the users via in site notification
We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors. 

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations. 
We collect your email address in order to:
