Refund + Return Policy
Our refund policy extends 14 days after your payment has been processed. We offer refunds for damaged or defective products. Please send an email to Nycole@nycfry.com stating why you would like a refund. If the 14-day window has passed, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns of health and personal care items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Nycole@nycry@gmail.com
Refund processing
We will notify you by email when your returned item has been received, and again to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your credit card company and bank to confirm that the transaction is in progress. If the bank informs you that the transaction has not been processed please contact us at Nycole@nycfry.com
Shipping
If you are returning an item for refund or exchange, we will provide you with a shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following: Users can visit our site anonymously Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy', and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
